Since the founding of the Mineralien- und Fossilienfreunde Bern in 1967, the association has organized an annual mineral and fossil fair.
The Bern Mineral and Fossil Fair will now be held on the grounds of the Thun-Expo in Thun - in the immediate vicinity of the barracks and easily accessible by bus, car or on foot (around 10 minutes from the railroad station). With the change of location, we are making a fresh start and are doing everything we can to organize an exciting and diverse fair in Thun.
Visitors can expect an impressive variety of minerals, crystals, fossils, precious stones and gemstones from all over the world - in numerous shapes, colors and textures. We are particularly keen to once again provide an attractive platform for the finds and treasures of Swiss collectors.
