Mineral Tišnov

Mineral Tišnov is one of the largest fairs in the Czech Republic, held twice a year, in spring and autumn. Experienced collectors and lovers of beautiful stones alike find something here: exhibitors from Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Germany, India and Pakistan offer minerals from all over the world, raw, as jewellery and worked into many other things. The fair spreads across the Sokolovna, the new sports hall and the grammar school.

Parking: best in the town's car parks, especially at the railway station, or in the large car park at the cemetery near the PATRIOT gallery (below the lookout tower on Klucanina hill).

Admission: CZK 100; children aged 6 to 18 and seniors CZK 50; groups of 15 or more CZK 50 per person; children under 5 and people with disabilities free.
