Shipping costs
We deliver worldwide.
Every order is one shipment. The price depends on the destination and the number of copies. In Europe you pay in euros, everywhere else in US dollars. The shipping address decides.

For subscriptions, shipping is included in the price.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and fees of the destination country may apply. The recipient bears them.
Payment methods
You pay by card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider Stripe.
SEPA direct debit is available when you pay in euros. For orders in euros you can also pay in advance by bank transfer. We show you the bank details after you place the order.
With direct debit and bank transfer we ship once the payment has arrived.
You pay for a subscription yearly in advance, by card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, or Apple Pay, and in the United States also from your bank account.
Final price; no VAT is charged (small business, section 19 of the German VAT Act). You receive the invoice when your order ships.
Delivery time
We ship within 10 days (Germany), 16 days (EU) or 35 days (other countries) of your order; for direct debit and bank transfer, once payment has been received.
For subscriptions, we send the current issue within the same periods and then every new issue as it appears, one per calendar quarter.
Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for single issues of a magazine (section 312g (2) no. 7 of the German Civil Code).
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for subscriptions. The withdrawal policy has the details.

If something does not arrive
If an issue does not arrive or arrives damaged, please write to info@mineralica.com. We will send a replacement.
