About the show directory
Where the information comes from
Our directory lists mineral shows with dates, venue, organizer, and further details. We compile them from what organizers tell us and from publicly accessible sources, and we check them carefully.
No guarantee
Dates, venues, opening hours, and prices are set by the organizer. They may change at short notice, and shows may be canceled. We therefore give no guarantee that the information is correct, complete, and up to date. Please check the details with the organizer before you travel.
We are liable for damage arising from the use of the directory only in cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Using the information
You may read the directory, use individual details for your own planning, and link to our pages.
The directory as a whole is a protected database (Sections 87a et seq. of the German Copyright Act). Our descriptions and images are protected by copyright. Without our prior consent, you may not
- copy the directory in whole or in substantial part, or include or publish it in other directories, calendars, or databases,
- repeatedly and systematically take small parts of it,
- retrieve the directory by automated means or use it for text and data mining, in particular to train AI models (Section 44b (3) of the German Copyright Act).

Maps
The maps on the show pages come from Google Maps. Their use is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service (https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
For organizers
Is your show missing, has something changed, or would you prefer not to be listed? Write to info@mineralica.com. We will add the show, correct the entry, or delete it. Listings are free.
Data protection for organizers and contact persons

- What data we process: the organizer's name, address, website, phone number, and email address; the name, role, email address, phone number, and language of contact persons; notes on our correspondence.
- Where it comes from: from you, or from publicly accessible sources such as your website, posters and programs, the register of associations or the commercial register, and the press.
- Why: to keep the directory and keep it up to date, and to reach you about your entry.
- What we publish: the organizer's name, website, and phone number. This also applies if the organizer is a private individual. We do not publish contact persons or their contact details.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest, and that of collectors, in a reliable directory of public events (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
- Recipients: our technical service providers for servers and database, both located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Anyone can access the published information, including search engines.
- How long: as long as the show or the organizer is relevant to the directory. We review the entries regularly.
- Your rights: you may request access, correction, erasure, and restriction of processing. You may object to the processing at any time; we will then delete your data and no longer list you. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
- Advertising: we only write to you about your entry. You receive advertising from us only if you have consented.
You are not obliged to give us data. We do not make automated decisions. Our Privacy Policy has more.
