About
The shows take place at the Freeport Recreation Center on Merrick Road, a stone's throw from the waterfront with its marinas and the “Nautical Mile” with dozens of restaurants. Each show has its own mix of usually 27–28 vendors, some of them for over 20 years; the theme has always been “products of Mother Earth”: mineral dealers, Long Island's finest fossil dealers, loose gemstones and jewellery – from precious stones set in platinum and gold to affordable silver, much of it handmade and sold by the designers themselves.
Admission: $6, children 12 and under with an adult free. Every penny of the admission goes to the Freeport Recreation Center.
