The Geobörse: The main fair takes place at the BRUNO Event Center. Collectors and dealers travel from all over the world to showcase the most beautiful minerals and the most interesting fossils—from new discoveries to historic rarities. With free admission, visitors can admire the unparalleled variety and, if they wish, snag one or two of these one-of-a-kind pieces. A creative station offers entertainment for children, and a special exhibition showcases local mineral clubs.
The Geoforum: Special exhibitions, informative displays, art, children’s programs, and lectures on minerals and fossils are integrated into the fairgrounds or can also be experienced at the market town’s medieval heritage house, located directly across the street (Leopold Gattringer-Straße 34, 2345 Brunn/Geb.). (In 2026, there will be no lectures here; only guided tours will be offered at the event center.)
Additionally, guided tours of the exhibitions will be announced via public address, and demonstration grinding sessions will take place continuously.
