  • Fixed-Price Products: These products can be purchased directly at their listed price. Refund conditions are outlined below.
  • Auction Products:
    • Bids on auction products are binding. Once placed, a bid cannot be retracted.
    • Auction products are non-refundable and sold 'as-is.'

3. Order Processing

  • We strive to process and ship all orders within three (3) business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method and destination.

4. Refund and Return Policy

  • Refunds for eligible products are allowed under the following conditions:
    • Damaged During Shipping:
