"We love the earth sciences with all their facets. We have been dedicated to stones for more than 50 years. Collecting minerals, fossils and rocks gives us happy experiences and meaningful insights. We would like to share this enthusiasm: Our Steinstadel geocenter is growing slowly, but it is growing! It is housed in a 600-year-old, listed natural stone building in the middle of the Wachau World Heritage Site. The further expansion is intended to create a modern refuge for Austria's mineral resources, where young and old can experience their fascination! - The examples from our collections shown here illustrate the subject areas of the future exhibitions.
