Origin
China
Since the 1990s, China has become one of the main sources of mineral specimens. Most come from Hunan: fluorite, calcite and cassiterite from the tin and tungsten mines around Chenzhou, stibnite and realgar from further north. Guizhou is known for cinnabar, Inner Mongolia for fluorite.
